Post Dental Core Training Fellowship

The Post Dental Core Training Fellowship gives individuals, who have already completed Dental Core Training, the opportunity to continue training. It offers the opportunity to broaden knowledge and experience within the dental profession in preparation for specialty training, general practice or other branches of dentistry.

These are 12-month posts, commencing on Wednesday 2nd September 2026.

The timeline and documents for 2025 recruitment will be shared in due course, with advert likely to be available in June 2026.

Dental Core Training

Recruitment for Dental Core Training (DCT) posts is run nationally by NHS England, via the DCT National Recruitment Office. Skilled Worker Sponsorship

NES is now responsible for issuing Certificate of Sponsorships (COS) to Dental Trainees in Scotland who require Skilled Worker sponsorship.
