International Recruitment into Adult Social Care - Guidance at your fingertips

The Centre for Workforce Supply Social Care (CWSS) team has launched a new learning site on international recruitment into adult social care in Scotland on Turas Learn.

This new resource has been developed for adult social care providers in Scotland to support effective ethical and sustainable, person-centred international recruitment by bringing together all the information you need in one place.

It also contains information to support candidates so that they fully understand the international recruitment process and have the best possible recruitment journey into adult social care.

This short video features the Director of Social Care for NHS Education for Scotland introducing the learning site.
