For those of you who attended the above session, you will find the the Person-Centred Practice Framework Model that was discussed in the Related Documents below.
Learning Log
We have produced a Learning Log which enables you to capture your learning easily. You can use this before you attend the learning week to add in any learning and development you are looking to gain over the whole week and within individual sessions. This can then be printed off to add notes or you can add these direct to the document once you have saved this to your desktop. It’s a helpful way to gather information which can be used for your continuous development, Turas Appraisal or Learning Portfolio.
You can access the Learning Log via the Related Documents below. Please ensure if completing the Learning Log online that you download a copy to your device and update that version.
Alternatively, you can record your learning and reflections directly in your Turas Portfolio https://turasnmportfolio.nes.nhs.scot/
If you are not familiar with Turas Portfolio, please watch the Portfolio animation and you can download the Portfolio User Guide which explains how to use it.
