In NHS Education for Scotland (NES) we support a culture where speaking up is encouraged.

As of 01 April 2021, we adopted the National Whistleblowing Standards [PDF].

Under the Standards, all staff and anyone working with us, have access to ‘Confidential Contacts’. Their role is to provide a “safe space” to discuss any concerns. They also have the knowledge and skills to help raise any concerns with an appropriate manager.
