NES Pharmacy are pleased to release a new elearning resource - Medicines Reconciliation (Primary Care). This resource was developed by NES to inform primary care healthcare professionals of the purpose of medicines reconciliation and the processes involved in updating an accurate list of medicines for all patients on their GP patient medication record (PMR). It is primarily aimed at pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support workers working in General Practice, as well as GP practice administrative staff.
