New Resource: Heart Failure
We are delighted to launch this new resource on Heart Failure. This resource was developed by NES Pharmacy, with the support of specialist pharmacists, to support pharmacists in delivering effective pharmaceutical care to patient’s with heart failure. It is primarily aimed at General Practice Clinical Pharmacists (GPCPs), however pharmacists from other sectors as well as pre-registration pharmacists and pharmacy technicians may also benefit from completing this module.
