We're heading up to Aberdeen for this year's NHS Scotland Event on 21 and 22 June, where we will be showcasing how we help the people of Scotland.

If you’re going to be there, come and see us and we can talk about how we could help you. There is still time to register if you have not already done so, but don’t delay, places are going fast and registration will be closing soon.

This year, we will be represented across several stands, together with our partners:

  • Firstly, we are sharing a stand (No 40) with Public Health Scotland, talking about how education and training can improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
  • We will also be running a stand (No 27B) with NHS Golden Jubilee, highlighting how we have worked together to set up the new NHS Scotland Academy. The Academy offers accelerated training for a wide range of health and care roles and professions.
  • Additionally, we’ll be present on stand number 32 (Office of the Chief Executive, NHS Scotland) to talk about the Armed Forces Service Leavers and Veterans programme and how it links to Scottish Government’s National Performance Framework; and stand number 60 (Chief Nursing Officer Directorate).
  • And finally, our award-winning Mobile Skills Unit will be present. The Unit brings cutting-edge skills training to all healthcare practitioners, the emergency services and members of the public across Scotland. Why not visit and test your own clinical skills?

You can also view posters submitted by NES. These will be on display in the exhibition hall on both days of the Event. Or you can preview them on the Event website.

We look forward to meeting you in Aberdeen!
