Help us improve support for rural and island employers

The National Centre for Remote and Rural Health and Care, in collaboration with the NES Centre for Workforce Supply, is inviting feedback on the Scottish Government Rural and Islands Direct Support Model Toolkit.

This toolkit is designed to help employers in rural and island communities recruit and retain staff. We are seeking input from individuals working in or with these communities to ensure the toolkit meets local needs effectively.
