Education bulletin and journal club updates

Education bulletin and journal club updates
The Awareness Bulletin – Education was relaunched in July. Published every two months, this bulletin brings together a curated selection of research articles focused on the education and development of health and care professionals.
The latest edition features a special collection of publications by NES staff, covering the period since the last issue in late 2024. You’ll also find articles aligned with our innovation priorities, including:
- Advanced technology in education
- Emerging roles and service design
- Educational development and practice
If you're not yet on the mailing list, you can explore the bulletin and access the archive of previous issues via Education | The Knowledge Network Scotland.
We’ll soon be updating the NES mailing list to include all new staff. If you're not a NES employee, you’re warmly invited to subscribe using the button on the archive site.
Join the NES Journal Club
The NES Journal Club offers a great opportunity to connect with colleagues across NES and discuss recent educational research. Sessions are held quarterly on Teams and last just under an hour. We share the paper, a short summary, and discussion questions in advance.
Next session: Tuesday 26 August at 13:00
Topic: Artificial Intelligence in Education
