Thriving in a Digital Age Pathways
Embedding digital ways of working is a requirement to improving outcomes in health and social care.
To enable this, the health and social care workforce must adopt digital ways of working and awareness of digital systems and processes. The workforce also needs to be supported by strong digital leadership.
Scottish Government and COSLA have commissioned the Thriving in a Digital Age Pathways to promote workforce development in these areas.
About the resource
Developed by NES the pathways offer learning resources and reflective activities to help you broaden your knowledge of key digital and data topics.
Develop and deepen your awareness of key concepts such as digital inclusion, service transformation and the importance of recording and using data appropriately.
Learn about the cyber security fundamentals you need to be aware of when working in health and social care, and how you can apply simple practices to avoid cyber risks.
Develop your knowledge of AI in health and social care. Learn about potential opportunities, with careful consideration of the risks and ethical factors we need to be aware of.
