The Knowledge Network impact survey report
Results from The Knowledge Network’s 2021 impact survey are now available.
The survey targeted health and social care staff who use NHS Scotland’s national collection of digital library resources.
Their responses provide important evidence on how users value and use the resources. This feedback is crucial to the review of the current collection and will have a direct impact on the provision of future services.
