Scottish Improvement Leaders (ScIL) Programme – Recruiting Now

Recruitment for the next two cohorts of ScIL is now open. This lead level training programme is aimed to enable individuals to design, develop and lead improvement projects, lead and generate support for change, and provide expert QI support and advice in their organisations.

Through designing and leading a quality improvement project, successful applicants will be given the opportunity to learn and develop through hands on experience in six key areas:

  • Improvement Science
  • Systems thinking
  • Building knowledge
  • Variation and measurement for improvement
  • Leading and influencing improvement
  • Planning for improvement

Applications are invited from individuals working in the Scottish Public Sector. More details on who should apply and how to apply are available here.
