Everyone can lead to change
Leading to Change has produced a new, short film, ‘Everyone can lead to change’. It follows four leaders in very different roles and highlights how the programme complements leadership development and support at local levels for people working in health, social work or social care in the public, independent and third sectors.
Working with NHS Fife, NES and Abbotsford Care, this film follows Michelle, Sam, Eilidh and Louise who access events, resources and programmes from the Leading to Change website.
This film was developed to raise awareness of Leading to Change to leaders at all levels. It includes roles within social work, social care, support staff, pharmacy and other groups that may be less engaged with or unfamiliar with Leading to Change’s leadership and digital programmes and resources for various career stages and groups.
Every day can make a difference when we are open to something new.

Shine a Light – System Sustainability, Capacity and Leadership

This session is led by Graeme Reekie, author of ‘Shine a Light’. He will be exploring the importance of looking up and out from your own organisation, enabling ideas to flow across traditional boundaries.

How language lessons inspired and motivated care home staff, residents and their families

This session will focus on education, social enterprise and social care coming together as a part of our leadership theme ‘Collaborating and Influencing’.
