Due to the demand for places at the Bothwell Street West Region ES meetings we have opened up a new date, on Friday 16 January 2026. Please register above to book a place for 16 January 2026.

The one day Educational Supervisor meetings are taking place on the dates and at the locations detailed below.
Each of the one day meetings will cover similar material and ESs should attend one day. The workshops will support ongoing professional development and provide the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the West region.
The content of the meeting workshops will not be the same as last year but the structure will be similar.
A programme will be available in due course but timings are as follows:
Registration from 9.00 am, with the meetings commencing at 9.30 am - 5.00 pm
Due to capacities at the venues, numbers able to register have had to be restricted therefore registration may close prior to the advertised deadlines.
Please note that you are required to bring/provide your own lunch however, refreshments such as tea and coffee will be available. Travel expenses are not available.

Please note: Parking is not available on site. Parking is limited in the streets surrounding 177 Bothwell Street. The closest car parks are:
- Q-Park Waterloo Street (99 Waterloo St, Glasgow G2 6HS)
- Cadogan Square Car Park (25 Douglas St, Glasgow G2 7BG)
There is no on site parking for bikes however bike racks can be accessed outside of the building.

Forth Valley Royal Hospital
Lecture Theatre, Level 3, Learning Centre, Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Stirling Road, Larbert, FK5 4WR
Attendees should park in the Purple car park (number 4) at that back of the hospital, see link for directions https://nhsforthvalley.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Sitemap-and-travel-directions-to-the-Forth-Valley-Royal-Hospital.pdf Car parking is free. Please ensure that you park in the Purple car park as there are no parking restrictions. Should you park in an alternative car park you will be limited to a maximum of 4 hours stay and no return within 2 hours.
Please enter via the Staff Night Entrance next to the Emergency department. Turn left then right, this will take you along the main corridor towards the main atrium where you should take lift C to level 3 and staff will let you in.
University Hospital Ayr
MacDonald Education Centre, Dalmellington Road, Ayr, KA6 6DX.
The MacDonald Education Centre is located within University Hospital Ayr on the first floor. There are two large car parks – please note that one is long stay with no time limit and the other is short stay with a maximum stay of three hours. The Education Centre does not have allocated spaces therefore only public parking is available. Car parking is free. The car parks are busy therefore you are advised to arrive early if possible. Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary
Dumfries and Galloway Education Centre, Cargenbridge, Dumfries, DG2 8RX
The Dumfries and Galloway Education Centre is located on the second floor of Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary.
Parking for the Education Centre is free for staff and visitors. Participants can use the staff car park at the hospital. For the staff car park, turn right at the roundabout on approach to the hospital. Parking may be busy by late morning and so it is advisable to arrive before 9.30 am.
