As Associate Director of Workforce Transformation for Healthcare Science and a HCPC Registered Clinical Scientist, Dr Bant is passionate about our valuable healthcare science professions being recognised as a fundamental and vital part of the NHS. Sarah brings over 20 years’ experience of clinical experience in Audiology, along with service development, postdoctoral clinical research and strategic transformation, and led the publication of the NHS Wales Healthcare Science Career Framework in 2025 and detailed career pathways for all 30+ professions in 2026.
