Lindsay Gripton is a Clinical Scientist with over 25 years of experience in Clinical Neurophysiology. She is passionate about education, workforce development, human factors, and advancing professional practice within healthcare science. Lindsay works with national stakeholders to support learning and career development initiatives. She is the Scotland representative for the Association of Neurophysiological Scientists (ANS) and former Chair of the British Society of Intraoperative Neurophysiology (BSIN). A strong advocate for the safe implementation of advanced practice, Lindsay is committed to developing the future workforce through education, leadership, and service improvement.
