Emma MacLaren is a Project Manager within the Innovation Team at the Centre for Sustainable Delivery, NHS Golden Jubilee. She currently leads delivery of the ANIA Pharmacogenetics Programme, including the Neonatal Gentamicin Point of Care Testing (POCT) and laboratory-based CYP2C19 Genotype Testing projects. Emma works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across NHS Boards and ANIA partners to support the successful adoption of these national innovations across Scotland by ensuring effective implementation.
