Submitting an audit for peer review by one of our trained pharmacy reviewers will fulfill part of your CPD requirement.

Submit your audit for peer review to enhanceyour learning and promote further reflection.

What do I need to do to submit an audit for peer review?

What you need to do is complete the audit proforma. Ensure that there are no identifiable names e.g. names of other practitioners or hospitals. Follow the guidance on the proforma and state clear criteria, clear standards and describe any changes from undertaking the audit. Then save a copy of the audit and submit it by e- mail to

To help you can review the 'feedback form' that the peer reviewers use to ensure that you have covered everything.

You will receive feedback via e mail approximately 4 weeks after submission.

Wish to become an reviewer for Audit?

  • What we need is an abbreviated CV and a committment from you to complete the training
  • A committment to review ~ 1 audit every 4-6 weeks within a 2 week window.

The training comprises of:

  • Review of the audit presentation (above)
  • A review of 3 audits (e mailed to you after your CV has been processed)
  • Participation in a peer discussion about the audits that you have reviewed (organised by NES)

On completion of the training you will review your first 2 audits with a more experienced audit reviewer.
