COACHING

Coaching is a safe, confidential process that aims to improve individual performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future. It helps: -

  • develop your self-awareness
  • obtain a better work-life balance
  • handle conflict
  • think about different ways of doing things
  • improve your relationships with colleagues

You can access coaching via the Scottish Coaching Collaborative. For more information and to sign up, visit their website here.
