Video 2: Time

Caroline, John and Ross will show you why additional time is really important.

So you need to think...

Can I alter the way I run my appointments so that I can give someone with communication support needs a longer appointment time?

Is there a time that would work better for them?

- For some people, their communication varies depending on the time of day.

- For others an earlier morning appointment is difficult because physical and self care demands means it takes a long time to get ready.
