CEL

The Scottish Government Health Department has issued guidance in the form of a Chief Executives Letter CEL (2008) 49.  The CEL is based on the Spiritual Care Revised Guidelines which were produced by a Working Group established by the Spiritual Care Development Committee.  The Spiritual Care Revised Guidelines have been approved by the Management Services Group of the Scottish Government Health Department which represents all health boards.
