Senior testers wanted: executive performance appraisal app

We are calling for senior nominees to help us develop an App on the Turas platform to support executive level and senior manager appraisal. This will streamline the process to support a greater focus on the conversation. We are leading the in-house development of the App as part of the national work on executive level leadership and talent management prioritised in the Health and Care Delivery Plan. 

We are currently at the scoping and design stage for the App. We are currently working with potential users to scope out what they would want from it, so that our Digital development team can produce and agree a specification for the first version.

We are inviting Chief Executives, Directors and Senior Managers to participate in testing taking place from late November/early December, with a view to a first ‘live’ version in early 2018. A process of ongoing user engagement will provide feedback to help further develop and enhance the App.

Please contact us by January 2018 with details of nominees such as Executive Directors and other senior managers you would like to invite to use this version of Turas Appraisal. 

A communications and engagement plan is being developed for supporting roll-out to all staff. This update is the first in what we anticipate will be monthly briefings on progress to senior stakeholders.
