e-Learning
e-Education is routinely used as a core delivery mechanism for educational and training interventions.
Published in 2008, the NES e-Education Strategy outlines the commitment of NES to a vision and outcome orientated action designed to ensure that e-Education helps support the workforce in maximising benefits to patient care.
The first part of the strategy defines the overall long term vision for supporting e-Educational developments throughout NHSScotland. The second part details a coordinated approach to the management of e-Education throughout NES.
