Key Messages and Background to Initiative
The Effective Practitioner Initiative provides work based learning resources and support for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals across NHS Scotland.
The Effective Practitioner Initiative assists practitioners to meet the Quality Ambitions for NHS Scotland through the delivery of person centred, safe and effective care. It supports "Practitioners" and "Senior Practitioners" to evidence their ongoing development for KSF, revalidation, and CPD purposes It recognises and values the critical role this large group of staff play in the day-to-day care delivery in NHS Scotland.
The PowerPoint presentation and supporting material has been developed to support a consistent message locally, nationally and internationally as to the aim of the Effective Practitioner initiative.
