Promoting Effective Immunisation Practice - face-to-face training materials

NHS Education for Scotland was commissioned by the Scottish Immunisation Programme Implementation Group to develop resources to allow the delivery, by Boards, of an Immunisation "Face-to-Face' Training programme. This face-to-face programme is aligned to the knowledge base of the e-learning programme "Promoting Effective Immunisation Practice" however it differs in that it is a facilitated programme and does not include any assessment of theory or practice. Health Boards delivering the 'face-to-face' programme can decide which assessment strategies best suit their own educational governance procedures.

The programme is suitable for new immunisers and those who wish to update their knowledge regarding immunisation. Materials relating to this resource can be found below.
