Emerging leader or manager

You are currently in a front line leadership or management role, or you have the potential and aspiration to take on a more formal leadership or management role, and you are interested in developing your personal leadership and management capabilities as a way of preparing you for future opportunities.

Access to all programmes require the support of your local HR or Organisational Development (OD) Lead.  Some National Programmes that may be relevant for you are:

Management Training Scheme - A scheme to recruit and develop high
potential graduates who want to commit to a management career in the
NHS. Applications are welcome from all staff who meet the recruitment
criteria.
