Leadership and management
The National Leadership Unit delivers a range of leadership development programmes and activities across NHS Scotland. The Unit also supports the development of policy and strategy for leadership development across NHS Scotland.
We lead on implementing the NHS Scotland Leadership Development Strategy Delivering Quality through Leadership. This aims to improve leadership capability and nurture future leadership capacity in support of the Scottish Government's programme to deliver a healthier Scotland: Better Health, Better Care.
