A two day 'Advanced Clinical Assessment Skills' course is also offered in the most common therapeutic areas involving pharmacist prescribers;

- Respiratory
- Diabetes
- Musculoskeletal/Pain.
Participants are expected to have undertaken the core course and it is beneficial if they have also undertaken the consultation skills training before they attend this more advanced training.
Simulated patients are used for the training and assessment is undertaken by the multi-professional trainers.
