Postgraduate Degree Course Funding

Funding is available for hospital pharmacists to undertake postgraduate diploma and degree courses.

The allocation of funding is based on the case made by the Director of Pharmacy or Line Manager, and also on the type of course applied for.

Community pharmacists may apply for a contribution of 50% towards postgraduate fees.

Submissions for funding should be made by the relevant Health Board Director of Pharmacy to;

  • RoseMarie Parr, Director, Pharmacy, NES, 2 Central Quay, Glasgow
  • applications for funding need to be received in advance of commencing a course
  • applications need to be received by the end of March each year, for consideration for funding a course commencing the following September.

Applications for funding for a course starting in 2013, should be completed and returned by the end of March 2013 to;
