ECCF Network

Introduction

The ECCF Network comprises all Fellows on current and previous cohorts.

On 2nd September 2015 duing the masterclass Fellows discussed how the ECCF Network should evolve.

They agreed that there were benefits to both themselves and to the many stakeholders acorss Scotland.

The Fellow are currently joining People Connect within the Knowledge Network . They noting ECCF as a subject interest to enable them to searched for. They will add their own details and information about their achievements.

This is in progress and more details will be added here soon.

 

Background      

This network is a sub part of an evolving network in NHS Education for Scotland where practitioners who have received funding or support from NHS Education for Scotland continue to benefit from engaging with a national organisation. The network also contributes to NHS Scotland by continue to benefit from the investment in individuals educational development.

How can the ECCF fellows benefit from being part of the ECCF Network

  • Having opportunities to engage in national work of interest
  • Keeping in touch and sustaining connections with other fellows
  • Having access to a large professional network through NES
  • Sign-posting to opportunities for further development
  • Being part of a cohort of individuals considered to have leadership potential 

How can NHS Scotland benefit from the ECCF fellows being part of the ECCF Network

  • Having motivated individuals who want to shape the future of professional practice and to act as ambassadors for nursing and midwifery leadership
  • Access to fellows to enable qualitative evaluation of the impact of 
    investment in ECCF on professional practice and leaders of the future
