Returning to work training
Training is available in Scotland to assist colleagues who have been out of clinical practice for an extended period of time, to prepare for their return.
The training provides an excellent opportunity to renew professional contacts at their own pace in a supportive environment. Some people do this while on the Keeping in Touch Scheme (KITS) but others move straight back into training.
