Development Needs Analysis Tool (DNAT)

If you are working at consultant level or aspiring to this you will find the Development Needs Analysis Tool useful. It is a self assessment tool that encourages you to consider the range of skills you need to work at this level such as clinical expertise, research, policy development and educating others. You are encouraged to identify evidence. All your work can be added to your KSF and your HPC CPD portfolio.
