Mrs Susanne Forrest
Programme Director - Nursing
Susanne's background is as a mental health nurse and subsequently as a Lecturer then Senior Lecturer in mental health. She commenced a two-year secondment as Programme Director (Mental Health) at NHS Education for Scotland (NES) in May 2006 to lead on delivering the various educational actions arising from 'Rights, Relationships and Recovery - the Report of the National Review of Mental Health Nursing in Scotland'. Prior to this she acted Project Officer for the review. In May 2008 she commenced the permanent post of Programme Director (Nursing) continuing to lead on mental health nursing projects and also a wider portfolio.
