Information access requests to NHS Education for Scotland
You have the right to request access to information held by any Scottish public authority, including NES, under three separate regimes:
- The Data Protection Act 1998 for personal information about you as an individual.
- The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 for information relating to the environment.
- The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 for all other information.
In addition, arrangements for giving permission to re-use NES documents are covered by the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations (Further information www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2005/20051515.htm).
To make a request under any of these regimes, please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or write to Frank Rankin at the address below.
A range of information is available already online through this website.
