Freedom of information
Information access requests to NHS Education for Scotland
You have the right to request access to information held by any Scottish public authority, including NES, under three separate regimes:
- The Data Protection Act 1998 for personal information about you as an individual.
- The Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 for information relating to the environment.
- The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 for all other information.
In addition, arrangements for giving permission to re-use NES documents are covered by the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations (Further information www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2005/20051515.htm).
