Healthcare Disciplines

At our inception our client remit included Allied Health Professionals, the Dental Team, Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacists and Psychologists. We have added Healthcare Science staff and Healthcare Chaplains. Plans are in train to increase this to include all staff groups in NHSScotland, including finance staff, administrative and clerical staff, healthcare support workers as well as estates and environment staff. Much of our core work focuses on support for the individual disciplines. However, there is a growing emphasis on taking a multi-disciplinary and multi agency approach.
